- we are looking for an organized and experienced sales trainer to join our team with relevant experience and passion to grow and explore.

as a sales trainer in sulekha, you will be :

- responsible for delivering new hire training programme which will help our new hires feel more valued, better understand their role, and increase their productivity and performance

- conducting skills gap analyses through audits, call observations & assessments

- preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session

- conduct interventions or coaching session basis tna

- conduct product & revival training sessions for new and current sales personnel

- for this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity

trainer requirements and qualifications :

- bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field

- certification from talent and training associations a plus

- minimum two (2) years- previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position

- proficient computer skills, microsoft office suite (word, powerpoint, outlook, and excel), and instructional software

- good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

- organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
