Roles & responsibilities
- Regular Training newly hired tele calling staff about tele calling etiquiettes, company policies, target briefing as set by management.
- Regular Training to team members regarding daily work process. (Daily Report sending formats, daily work ethics & flow of work etc)
- Regular Training team about product in detail before going on floor or site.
- Call monitoring for quality & product knowledge assessment.
- Regular 1-2-1 sessions with team members for motivation & preparing everybody for goal oriented approach.
- Require knowledge about organisational goals & plans for month, quarter & long term goals.
