Job Description:

As a Sales Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in sales. You will work closely with our sales team to learn about our products or services, sales techniques, and customer relationship management practices.

Responsibilities:

Participate in training sessions and workshops to learn about our products or services, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies.

Shadow experienced sales representatives to observe sales techniques, customer interactions, and sales processes in action.

Assist with sales prospecting activities, including lead generation, cold calling, and qualifying sales leads.

Learn how to identify customer needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.

Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for prospective clients.

Accompany sales representatives on sales calls and client meetings to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management and sales negotiations.

Learn how to use CRM software and sales tracking systems to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions.

Develop a thorough understanding of our competitive landscape, market trends, and customer segments to effectively position our products or services in the market.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including organizing files, preparing reports, and maintaining sales documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated and eager to learn.
