role: sales representative – trainee

location: work from home

languages required: hindi (mandatory) and english(mandatory)

working days & hours: 6 days a week | 10–11 hours per day

stipend & ctc: ₹18,000 during the first month of training | after successful completion of training: ctc up to ₹ lpa

what you’ll do:

connect with potential customers via calls and online platforms.

promote company products/services and close sales.

build and maintain strong customer relationships.

work towards achieving daily/weekly sales targets.

who can apply:

must have excellent command over hindi; english fluency is an added advantage.

good communication and convincing skills are a must.

comfortable working from home with a good internet connection and laptop/pc.

freshers with the right attitude are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus.

willing to work long hours and deliver results.
