No of Reportees : 15+ Digital Relationship Managers

Broad Scope of Job Responsibilities are:

• Ensure each team member contributes to achieve the overall target.

• Take one to one sessions with execs below performance curve & try enhancing their performance.

• Coordinate with locations for feedback & closure of TPP business.

• Monitor reports everyday to monitor number of inbound, outbound calls and talk time of RMs to ensure quality.

• Regular feedback to team members for improvement.

• Regular team briefings on new product / process update.

• Handle escalation & complaints.

• Maintain attendance & conduct as per policy.

• Product & NCFM trainings for new recruits.

• Train new members of the team on various products.

• Daily MIS Report ,RM performance& quality Mis tracking.

• Individual performance tracking.

• Tracking of Tpp closures.
