qualification : graduate from any stream

salary range : 14,000-20,000 per month + monthly incentives + rewards (as per experience & skills )

duties/responsibilities:

*acquiring & opening new demat/trading account of clients.

*customer handling and providing beneficial advice & support to customers.

*technical support (application training and support)

post : tl(team leader)/stl(senior team leader)

salary range: to 3 lakh per annum +monthly incentives + rewards (as per experience & skills)

experience req – min 2 years

age limit: 21-35 yrs

qualification: graduate from any stream

duties/responsibilities :

*acquiring & opening new demat/trading account of clients.

*customer handling and providing beneficial advice & support to customers.

*technical support.

* handling team of tcsa's , csa's &sr. csa's

* driving revenue – contribution

*provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members

*set performance goals and objectives for team members and ensure they are met

*monitor and assess the performance of the team in achieving sales targets

*help team members stay updated on market developments and investment strategies.

*handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts within the team.
