Salary Range : 14,000-20,000 per month + Monthly Incentives + Rewards (As per experience & Skills )

Duties/Responsibilities:

*Acquiring & Opening New Demat/Trading Account of Clients.

*Customer Handling and providing Beneficial Advice & Support to customers.

*Technical Support (Application training and support)

Post : TL(Team Leader)/STL(Senior Team Leader)

Salary Range: to 3 Lakh per annum +Monthly Incentives + Rewards (As per experience & Skills)

Experience req Min 2 Years

Age Limit: 21-35 yrs

Qualification: Graduate From any Stream

Duties/Responsibilities :

*Acquiring & Opening New Demat/Trading Account of Clients.

*Customer Handling and providing Beneficial Advice & Support to customers.

*Technical Support.

* Handling Team of TCSA's , CSA's &Sr. CSA's

* Driving Revenue contribution

*Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members

*Set performance goals and objectives for team members and ensure they are met

*Monitor and assess the performance of the team in achieving sales targets

*Help team members stay updated on market developments and investment strategies.

*Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts within the team.

Post : AFM (Assistant floor Manager ) , FM (Floor Manager)

Salary Range : to 5 Lakh per annum +Monthly Incentives + Rewards (As per experience & Skills)
