ï‚· Supporting in a range of financial/Insurance products over the phone.
ï‚· Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospective customers.
ï‚· Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
ï‚· Set clear team goals and KPIs. ï‚· Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.
ï‚· Oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance.
ï‚· Do regular performance evaluation
ï‚· Communicate with team about their performance.
ï‚· Monitor team performance and reports on metrics.
ï‚· Motivate team members.
ï‚· Discover training needs and provide coaching.
 Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
ï‚· Plan and organize team building actives.
