Target Achievement: Take ownership of the team's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; develop actionable plans to bridge any gaps.
Lead Management: Oversee the distribution of leads, ensuring high conversion rates and timely follow-ups by the team.
Strategy & Planning: Identify new market opportunities and customer segments; collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies.
Sales Coaching: Conduct regular training sessions on negotiation skills, product knowledge, and objection handling.
Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and productivity metrics for senior management.
