Sales Team Leader (Freshers) Chennai

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Team Leader to join our team in Chennai. In this full-time role, you will oversee and guide a team of sales associates to achieve their targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Sales Team: You will support and motivate your team to improve their performance and achieve sales goals.

- Set Sales Targets: Establish clear and achievable sales targets for the team based on company objectives.

- Monitor Performance: Track sales metrics and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement.

- Train and Develop Team Members: Provide training and resources to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge about products.

- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.

- Report to Management: Regularly update management on the team’s performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates should have completed at least the 12th grade and possess a keen interest in sales.

- Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with both your team and customers.
