we are looking for a talented and experienced staff sales professional with at least 2 years of experience in the fashion/knitwear industry to join our team in ludhiana. as a staff sales member, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and increasing market share in the fashion/knitwear industry. freshers with a strong passion for sales in the fashion sector will also be considered for this role.

responsibilities:

- develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while also actively seeking out new business opportunities

- meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from start to finish

- collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that will drive sales and promote brand awareness

- keep up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities

- provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

qualifications:

- bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field

- at least 2 years of experience in sales within the fashion/knitwear industry

- strong communication and negotiation skills

- proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
