10th Pass Freshers For Sales Executive

We are looking for a smart, honest, and energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our bangle shop. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales, and handling daily shop operations smoothly.

A friendly attitude, good communication skills, and interest in retail work are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers politely and understand their requirements.

Show bangles and related products, explain designs, prices, and offers.

Manage billing, packing, and cash handling accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and proper display of bangles in the shop.

Handle stock arrangement and inform the owner about low stock.

Support customers in selecting products as per their choice and budget.

Ensure customer satisfaction and build good relationships.

Assist in opening and closing the shop daily.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th/12th pass.

Good communication and basic calculation skills.

Honest, punctual, and hardworking.

Prior retail/shop experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work during peak hours, festivals, and weekends.
