sales & service engineer for north india based in ncr having own two wheeler and willing to travel all over north india for sales, service & commissioning of special purpose machine. should have 1 to 2 years experience in sales & service activities.

the work requirements are -

• should serve customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.

• should identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.

• should provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.

• should establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.

• should gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.

• should provide technical information and training to customer’s staff
