Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, business development, and lead generation strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships within the technology sector.

Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.

Engage in cold calling and inside sales activities to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

Manage accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance against targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B technology sales or a related field.

Strong skills in account management, business development, lead generation, and upselling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth.

Familiarity with cold calling techniques and inside sales processes is highly desirable.
