Identify potential customers through leads, referrals, or fieldwork.
Promote and sell life/health/general insurance products based on customer needs.
Maintain relationships with customers for renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
Coordinate with partners like bank branches or agents for joint sales (if in banca/agency).
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide excellent post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction
