Sales Manager || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our team in Ranchi. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and customer service. You will be responsible for promoting our products and engaging with customers to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

2. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and daily sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales.

5. Reporting: Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences to help improve sales strategies.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Ideal candidates should have a minimum education of 10th pass. While experience is not mandatory, a willingness to learn and a friendly demeanor are essential. Strong communication skills are important for engaging with customers and understanding their needs. Candidates should be proactive and have a positive attitude toward teamwork.
