Looking For Sales Officer

As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting financial products, including loans, credit cards, and accounts. This role is based in Kolkata and requires you to work from the office.

You will be tasked with branch-level sales activities, engaging with potential clients to explain the benefits of our financial products. You will work closely with the database provided to identify leads and follow up with them, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential sales opportunities. Your performance will be rewarded with incentives based on your sales achievements.

To succeed in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services. A graduate degree is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients regularly. Additionally, proficiency in customer relationship management is beneficial.

You will need to carry out fieldwork as part of your sales responsibilities, so having a valid driving license may be necessary. You should be comfortable using a laptop and mobile device for day-to-day tasks like tracking leads and documenting sales activities.
