responsibilities:

- collaborate with clients and customers to understand their needs.

- manage phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.

- facilitate sales and marketing of all services according to company and client requirements.

- assist customers with all knowledge on products and services.

- need to rectify all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines.

- perform all follow up for all outbound calls.

- ensure an optimal level of customer and client satisfaction at all times and process all orders on the phone.

eligibility criteria:

- education: diploma, under graduate, graduate or equivalent

- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- excellent communication skills.

- top-notch interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent client service.

- ability to work in us shift timings.

- typing speed 30 wpm or more with minimum 95% accuracy

- familiar with ms office applications.
