• more than 5 year of experience in b2b sales management including minimum 2 years in team-leading roles

• experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.

• proven ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. must be metrics-driven.

• excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.

• experience working with e-commerce or logistics.

• deep understanding of the b2c transportation landscape in india with prior interactions with shippers

• advanced knowledge of ms excel & crm module.

• knowledge of market research.

• proven records for handled a team with more than 20 members.

• experience in selling saas and solutions product.

• convert leads into sales using customer acquisition team.

• generate leads with walk in or digital marketing or from other sources.

• should monitor sales as per management target.

• head customer service team for support and in sales.

• head digital marketing team for creating lead & marketing globally.

• knowledge in digital marketing campaign running, seo, smo.

• strategic thinking. hand on experience working with crm like zoho

• create strategy & implement the strategy par with management target and requirement.

• reporting to ceo on daily basis.

• weekly & monthly review should be reported to ceo.
