Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Manager with strong EdTech sales exposure to drive revenue growth in the US market. The role involves individual sales contribution, team leadership, and strategic support to the BDE team.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Drive sales and revenue generation for EdTech products in the US market
Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly basis
Lead, mentor, and support BDE team members to help them achieve their targets
Monitor team performance and ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions
Handle and close high-value leads independently
Plan and execute lead generation strategies for the US marketplace
Improve sales processes, pitch quality, and conversion ratios
Requirements
Proven experience in EdTech sales (mandatory)
Strong understanding of the US education market
Experience handling and scaling BDE teams
Hands-on knowledge of lead generation, funnels, and CRM systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones)
