Sales Marketing Manager - Full Time

We are looking for a Sales Marketing Manager to join our team in East Tambaram. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, generating sales, and driving the marketing efforts of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales growth in the market.

- Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is high.

- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and potential areas for improvement in sales tactics.

- Coordinate Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to promote products, track their success, and make necessary adjustments.

- Manage Sales Team: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, providing training and support as needed.

- Report on Performance: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform management decisions.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with clients and colleagues. A minimum of 1-year experience in sales or marketing is required, but candidates with up to 7 years of experience may also be considered. The ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing market conditions is expected. A 12th-grade education is required, and being male is a specified preference for this role.
