10-15 years of experience in sales & marketing (pump / machinery industry mandatory)
Strong knowledge of industrial pumps / mechanical equipment
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle B2B / industrial clients
Willingness to travel within region
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for pumps / industrial machinery
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Handle key customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships
Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth
Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, service)
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Manage client meetings, negotiations, and order closures
Support tendering and project-based sales
