qualification: / (chemistry / chemical engineering preferred); mba/pgdm desirable.
key responsibility areas (kras):
1️. business development
- identify and develop new customers in target industries.
- explore new applications and market segments.
- represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions.
2️. sales target achievement
- meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- monitor pipeline and conversion ratios to ensure target fulfillment.
3️. account management
- manage and strengthen relationships with existing key customers.
- drive repeat orders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
4️. product & application knowledge
- demonstrate understanding of terpene chemical properties and applications.
- provide technical guidance and coordinate with the r&d/technical team for product customization.
5️. market intelligence
-track competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments.
-share feedback and insights with product management and marketing teams.
6️. reporting & documentation
-maintain accurate crm entries.
- submit daily/weekly sales reports and provide reliable forecasts.
7. commercial negotiations
- handle pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
- ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
