Job Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Terpene & Industrial Chemicals)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Chembur, Mumbai
Salary: 35k to 45k per month
Qualification: / (Chemistry / Chemical Engineering preferred); MBA/PGDM desirable.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
1️. Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers in target industries.
- Explore new applications and market segments.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions.
2️. Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor pipeline and conversion ratios to ensure target fulfillment.
3️. Account Management
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key customers.
- Drive repeat orders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
4️. Product & Application Knowledge
- Demonstrate understanding of Terpene chemical properties and applications.
- Provide technical guidance and coordinate with the R&D/technical team for product customization.
5️. Market Intelligence
-Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments.
-Share feedback and insights with product management and marketing teams.
6️. Reporting & Documentation
-Maintain accurate CRM entries.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and provide reliable forecasts.
7. Commercial Negotiations
- Handle pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
