key responsibilities:

lead management: manage and follow up with leads provided by the team, ensuring a high conversion rate.

client assistance: assist walk-in clients, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting the best investment opportunities.

property promotion: actively promote new real estate projects and properties to potential clients through various marketing channels.

client education: educate clients on the latest real estate projects, developments, market trends, and property values.

negotiation and closure: negotiate with potential buyers and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

market research: stay updated on current real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

administrative tasks: maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback for future reference.

requirements:

educational qualifications: minimum of a bachelor's degree. an mba in any field is an added advantage.

experience: previous sales experience is required. experience in real estate is a significant advantage.

skills:

excellent communication skills in either hindi, english or both.

strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

basic knowledge of computer applications.
