Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify, map, and pitch to potential industrial clients, OEMs, and corporate accounts. Actively build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and industrial site visits.
Consultative Selling: Understand customers' technical pain points, specifications, and performance requirements. Recommend optimal product configurations, custom modifications, or engineering services to fit their needs.
Tendering & Quotation Management: Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and official quotations. Review complex tender documents, Request for Quotations (RFQs), and client design drafts.
Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations regarding pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service level agreements (SLAs) to secure profitable business contracts.
Market Intelligence & Marketing: Conduct market research to track competitor pricing, emerging technological trends, and shifting industry demands. Assist in designing technical brochures, participating in industrial expos, and driving digital B2B marketing campaigns.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate directly with internal R&D, Design, and Production teams to ensure client technical requirements are accurately translated into the final manufactured product.
Account Management & Retention: Provide post-sales support, handle client grievances regarding technical performance, and coordinate with the finance team for timely payment collection.
