Job Summary

Fast growing chain of cosmetic clinics is looking for Assistant Clinic Manager for Thane, location with : Job purpose : Responsible for Overall Centre operations, Turnover Targets of a clinic, Team management, Service standards of the clinic and overall customer feedback.

Responsibilities and Duties

To ensure that the clinic meets/ exceed the sales targets provided to it.

To Take the Responsibility of complete operations in the clinic such as clinic infrastructure, machine's, stock's, tool's, petty cash, and the operational standards,.

To be Responsible for products explanation /counseling.

To be Responsible to train, guide, retained and motivate the clinic teams to perform better.

To be Responsible to take referrals, consent from patients.

To be Responsible for handling customer query.

To be Responsible for reporting to management about performance of clinic /reports. Handle front desk, receiving calls and give appointment (if required).

Make sure all patients goes with next appointment.

To maintain cash, do billing in absence of receptionist
