Assistant Manager

we have urgent requirement for asst. manager / deputy manager – crm

? candidate must have minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in real estate, preferably with cat a/cat b builders

? good communication skills

? must be analytical & should have eye for details

responsibilities:

1. will be responsible for handling customers end-to-end post sales right from giving welcome call till hand over

2. ability to handle customers well & ensure quick conversions of booking to agreements

3. follow the process of the organization, liaise with legal & fiancé team and ensure agreements are completed within the tat time

4. liaise with the customers & bankers/home loan executive for getting home loan sanctions, completing documentation & disbursements from bank

5. co-ordinate with sales teams regularly for bookings that need help

6. ensure to address all customer queries within the tat

7. co-ordinate with concern team/executive for registration
