Job Description

responsible for ensuring achievement of sales target through new clients.

key skills:

• minimum 7-9 years of customer facing/ client acquisition experience.

• has worked in a company that sells home loan/business loan through departments of businesses.

• develop and ensure achievement of sales strategies and year-on-year sales plan divided into monthly, quarterly and annual plan.

• develop business personally through prospecting and pitching to client identified in course of strategy.

• build & manage sales team’s performance (if applicable) to drive sales targets

• manage the entire sales life-cycle including prospecting, pitching, offering, negotiating and contract closure in his/her assigned region / industry

• generate business insights through analyzing relevant competitors’ data, their offerings and pricing strategies
