Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- New Client Acquisition & Business generation of MSME & LAP Business Direct sourcing only

- Undertake basic financial analysis of the customer to understand the

financial health of the company and their promoters

- Have a strong understanding of policies and norms of the company

- Undertake field investigation and personal discussions with the customers

(as necessary)

- Coordination with other departments like Credit, Operations for processing

of loan till final disbursement and ensure smooth servicing and operations.

- Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the busines
