• fix up an face to face meeting for better understanding of client requirement and to advise suitable options
• maintain and develop relationships with new & existing customers in person and via telephone calls, chat and emails
• lineup site inspection/visits for shortlisted/suitable options as advised on face to face meeting
• maintain good relationship with developer employees to ensure the client get the proper info like features, specifications, pricing and availability at the time of site visit
• should have quality to engage and build strong relationship with customers from the enquiry to property registration
• get updated about exciting & upcoming projects, industry developments, schemes, govt. subsidies, housing loan benefits for home buyers
• prepare and maintain on daily, weekly and monthly reports in the shared formats
• achieving sales targets and adhere organization policies religiously
• maintains quality service for clients and developers by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• identify new projects/inventory to add on exciting inventory
• contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• excellent communication and good negotiation skills
• any degree/diploma
• min. one year sales/marketing experience in any industry.
• two wheeler is required
• candidate should able to do field work
• monday will be week off
