About Us:

At TimeWatch Infocom Pvt. Ltd., we specialize in innovative biometric attendance, payroll solutions, and advanced access control systems. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects for multiple products of TimeWatch.

Client Engagement: Build, establish and hold responsibility for developing and managing relationships with channel partners and System Integration to drive regular sales.

Solution Designing: Understand TimeWatch products and solutions and be ready to help customers/channel partners in crafting best optimized solutions.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to potential clients. Identify and resolve conflicts at an early stage for effective channel management.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats. Execute channel strategies like “Partner Programs etc” to drive business portfolio.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Customer Service: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, demonstrated experience in sales or a related field. Experience in the biometric or access control industry is a plus.
