Role Overview
The Sales Manager will drive sales growth, increase customers, and manage key industrial accounts for Panacea Chem Specialities LLP. The role mainly focuses on B2B sales, distributor handling, and building strong relationships with manufacturing and process industry clients
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Plan and execute sales strategies as per company goals
Find new business opportunities and new markets
Improve profit through better pricing and higher sales volume
B2B Client Acquisition & Account Management
Acquisition and manage clients from industries like steel & galvanizing, paints & coatings, textile processing, water treatment, construction chemicals, and other manufacturing sectors
Build strong relationships with purchase, production, and technical teams
Negotiate effectively and close high-value deals
Channel / Distributor Management
Appoint and manage distributors and channel partners
Track distributor performance and ensure they meet targets
Expand distributor network in assigned areas
Market Intelligence & Business Development
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends
Collect customer feedback and share it with management
Support new product launches and product positioning
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order processing
Ensure timely dispatch, payment follow-up, and collections
Maintain sales pipeline, update CRM, and prepare MIS reports

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Science / Business
MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred)
Good knowledge of industrial and speciality chemicals
Experience in B2B industrial sales
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in distributor/channel sales preferred
