Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
• Manage and expand dealer/distributor networks across assigned regions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Ensure achievement of revenue growth, brand visibility, and market penetration.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG/Spices/Food Industry.
• Strong business network and knowledge of spice/food market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
