Premier Shield , is a Physical Manpower Security Services provider and Solutions company. We are hiring a qualified sales manager to head our sales team based in New Delhi. The role is pan India. The applicant for the position of General Manager Sales should have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process in the Physical Guarding Security Services, Cash logistics and Manpower Solutions - excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. Were seeking an experienced person, with strong negotiating skills, and a track record of success who can lead and inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales executives who do not perform to create and maintain a high-performance sales force. The location for this position is NEW DELHI.

Objectives of this Role

Achieve sales for guard services - pan India and Dubai

Achieve sales targets for the Facility services.

Lead a team of sales executives and Managers located pan India.

Hire, train, motivate and LEAD a team of sales representatives pan India.

Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.

Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives

Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships

To bring in business in security and facility management

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Execute sales plan that expands the customer base

Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
