key responsibilities:-
team leadership:- lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
sales strategy:-develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
sales performance:- monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and feedback to improve sales performance.
customer relationship management:- build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
market research: - stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
sales reporting:- prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
training and development: - identify training needs within the sales team and coordinate training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
collaboration: -work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve common goals.
qualifications:-
bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
minimum of 6 months of team handling experience in a sales role.
proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
strong leadership and team management skills.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
knowledge of the ed tech industry is a plus.
self-motivated and results-oriented.
willingness to work in gurgaon.
