Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Guwahati and rest of Assam, India. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of sales experience and a strong track record in achieving sales targets while fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Team Leadership**: Manage and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales goals, providing coaching and support to improve performance and ensure professional growth.

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to promote repeat business.

- **Sales Forecasting and Reporting**: Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, monitoring sales performance and providing insights to senior management to inform decision-making.

- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends, adjusting strategies to take advantage of these insights.
