-B2B and B2C sales/marketing. Client base- Govt. Construction builders, associated, contractors.

-Expand market share with addition of new Influencers/ customers & generation of business from existing clients. Taking initiatives for product development as well as market expansion.

-Identifying and appointing dealers for deeper market penetration and reach in depth market share.

-Manage and develop construction chemical business and creating awareness of waterproofing products based on innovation and patented technology.

-Devise sales plan, projects identification and distribution.

-Collecting leads from retailers and visit to expected sites for demonstration and business generation.

-Visit to architects and interior decorators and developers for increasing awareness of waterproofing products and generate business from them.

-Conducting the retail audit to assess market potential, estimation of sale of competitors with a view to adopt suitable strategies for sale.
