Sales Objectives and Profitability:

Goal Setting: Establish annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.

Inventory Management: Order/acquire new and used vehicle inventory.

Market Analysis: Review market analyses and sales reports to understand customer needs and volume potential.

Sales Campaigns: Develop sales campaigns aligned with dealership goals.

Customer Interaction and Satisfaction:

Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between the sales department and other departments.

Customer Service: Interact directly with customers, answering queries, negotiating prices, and ensuring satisfaction.

Post-Sale Clinics: Schedule and plan New Owner Clinics as follow-ups to the delivery process.

Administrative and Budgetary Responsibilities:
