Sales Manager(mining and Industrial Crane Manufacturing Products)

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with mining

companies, industrial units, infrastructure companies, contractors, and other potential

customers.

Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and

annual sales targets assigned by the company.

Customer Visits: Regularly visit existing and potential customers to understand their

requirements, discuss products, generate enquiries, and convert leads into orders.

Lead Generation & Follow-up: Generate new leads through market visits, references,

networking, online enquiries, industry contacts, and other suitable sources, followed by regular

and systematic follow-up.

Product Understanding: Understand the company's cranes, lifting equipment, technical

specifications, capacity, applications, and advantages, and explain the same effectively to

customers.

Quotation & Negotiation: Coordinate with the technical and management teams for preparing

quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial

conditions with customers.

Order Conversion: Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to final order confirmation and

coordinate with the production, design, purchase, and dispatch teams wherever required.
