We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our flagship luxury villa project, [Project Name]. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cyclefrom initial HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals) engagement to final deal closureensuring a world-class experience for our elite clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Sales & Closures: Lead high-stakes negotiations and close lucrative villa deals with precision.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Strategic Networking: Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-end clients, investors, and channel partners.

Project Presentation: Conduct professional walkthroughs of model villas, highlighting architectural USPs and lifestyle benefits.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing and trends in the luxury segment to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 10 years in luxury real estate, ideally with a focus on villas or premium residential properties.

Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills suitable for engaging with HNIs and NRIs.

Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of RERA norms and local property market dynamics.

Mindset: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Competitive Salary: An attractive fixed pay package ranging from 60, 000 per month.

Uncapped Commissions: Performance-based incentives up to 1Lakh for every villa sold, designed to significantly boost your annual earnings.
