role overview

we are seeking a proactive and motivated field sales representative to drive business growth for calim tech in the south& west india region. the candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling calim’s technology and consultancy solutions, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales opportunities.

compensation

• monthly maintenance fee: ₹20,000

• ta/da: provided by the company

• commission: 10% on all concluded sales

key responsibilities

• identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities within the assigned region.

• build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• conduct meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations with prospects.

• achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in south india.

• provide feedback from the field to help improve calim’s offerings and market approach.

• ensure timely reporting of sales activities and market intelligence.

requirements

• proven track record in field sales, preferably in technology, erp, or consultancy solutions.

• strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• ability to work independently and deliver results under a commission-based structure.

• willingness to travel extensively across the south india region.

• minimum qualification: graduate in business/marketing/technology (preferred but not mandatory).
