Job Description

The Sales Incharge will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. They will oversee the sales process, manage client relationships, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team to meet targets, developing and implementing sales plans, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with clients. The Sales Incharge will also be responsible for training and coaching sales staff, monitoring sales performance, and preparing sales reports for management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. The Sales Incharge should be detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work independently.
