summary: the ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting sales strategies and building or developing a team of sales executives across the organization with overall focus on customer service delivery and sales management.
skills & abilities:
10 years of relevant sales experience including management sales and business development functions and a track record of exceeding targets.
possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and best practices, and an ability to coach teams on them.
proficient at managing & leading teams for customer service delivery, and drive process re-engineering initiatives.
strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
strong leadership and team building skills.
excellent communication skills – oral, written.
excellent presentation & public speaking skills
educational qualification: degree/diploma/pg /masters in marketing.
work experience :at least 10 year of relevant sales experience with fitness /wellness industry, education/ healthcare, hospitals or nutrition and holistic healing/integrative and lifestyle medicine industry.
