Responsibilities :
Manage the overall running of the team
€¢ Develop and implement strategic sales or customer support plans that expand a company€™s customer base and
solidify its presence
€¢ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams€™ strengths and weaknesses
€¢ Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships
€¢ Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new supplier by partnering with them
€¢ Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
€¢ Liaise and develop professional relationships with regional Representatives and Executives
€¢ Attend conferences and exhibitions
Job Requirements :
Min 3+ yrs as Lead
Overall Sales or Customer support - 4 years to 8 Years
excellent communication - Ready for Relocation
exp into BPO, Customer Support or Inside Sales
inside sales or customer Support
Any Qualification - UG
Np - Immediate to 15 Days
Important Note:
Work from home for maximum 1 month from India.
- Candidates should be ready to relocate to Dubai in 15 days to 1 months so a passport is a must.
- Combination of English, Kannada/Telugu/Hindi is mandatory to speak.
- Minimum Degree Qualification is a must.
- Stay, 3 times food, Cab facility/Travelling expenses will be taken care of by the company.
- VISA will be processed by the company with its expenses.
- Candidates should have a passport, if it is not available, need to be applied immediately after receiving an Offer Letter.
- 2 dosage of vaccination is a must.
