track and analyze call logs, lead status, and follow-up activities to maintain visibility into the teams productivity and lead conversion ratios.
implement and oversee crm handling and data accuracy for all customer interactions, inquiries, and orders.
drive b2b sales initiatives, targeting clients from ingredient-user industries such as pharma, food, healthcare, and ayurveda.
build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
oversee customer complaint resolution and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
provide training and product awareness to the team on ingredients like herbs, botanicals, seasonings, and other specialized materials.
monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.
