Job Summary

RK Studio is seeking an experienced and confident Sales Queen who is a true expert in womens ethnic & party wear, especially Kurtis. The ideal candidate will have strong sales leadership skills, deep product knowledge, and a proven ability to grow fashion business through strategic planning and relationship building.

This role will lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage key clients, and play a vital role in expanding RK Studios presence in the womens wear market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Growth

Lead overall sales strategy for womens ethnic & party wear segment

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Drive business growth in Kurti, festive wear, and party wear categories

Develop new markets, distributors, retailers, and boutique partners

Product & Fashion Expertise

Possess strong knowledge of:

Womens ethnic wear trends

Party wear kurtis, fabrics, designs, embroidery, fits, and styling

Guide buying and production teams with market-driven inputs

Monitor competitor brands, pricing, and collections

Team & Channel Management

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team

Set targets, track performance, and improve productivity

Manage wholesale, retail, franchise, and online sales channels

Client & Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with key buyers, wholesalers, retailers, and agents

Handle major negotiations and large accounts

Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Planning & Reporting

Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and budgets

Track sales data, market trends, and growth opportunities

Present regular performance reports to management

Strong specialization in Kurti segment

Qualification & Experience

Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field

715 years of experience in womens apparel / ethnic wear sales

Minimum 45 years in a senior or leadership sales role

Strong network in ethnic wear distributors, boutiques, retailers, and buying houses

Preferred Profile

Passionate about womens fashion and styling

Strong exposure to ethnic, festive, and party wear categories

Result-driven, confident, and market-oriented

Ability to represent RK Studio as a brand ambassador
