• client relationship management

• convince/encourage clients for site visit

• actively pursue leads and convert them to site-visit.

• analyse client requirements and assist them with their quires and clarifications.

• convey through description of the project to the client.

• conduct client site visit and drive closure.

• telecalling

desired skills required:

• minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales

• excellent customer service skills.

• good convincing and negotiation skills.

• good inter-personal and relationship building skills.

• language preferred we are looking for english, hindi and marathi.

• available to work on weekends. (week off on monday)
