Job description

• Client relationship management

• Convince/encourage clients for site visit

• Actively pursue leads and convert them to site-visit.

• Analyse client requirements and assist them with their quires and clarifications.

• Convey through description of the project to the client.

• Conduct client site visit and drive closure.

• Telecalling

Desired Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate Sales

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Good inter-personal and relationship building skills.

• Language preferred We are looking for English, Hindi and Marathi.

• Available to work on weekends. (Week off on Monday)
