To conduct presentation and site viewings of all walk-in clients and channel partners
To be up-to-date with the market insights and expand the walk-ins by follow-ups and data calling
To ensure the targets given by the management is achieved before the said time lines
Walk-in reports to be sent on daily basis to the reporting manager along with customer requirement & feedback
To ensure prompt responsiveness, status updates (viz. customer calls, emails, walk-ins and other correspondence)
To maintain/update client and channel partners data in the ERP system
Must be willing to travel to attend events if required
Must be a quick learner and should be willing to work in a team
