Job Description:

Required: FMCG industry

Responsible for establishing, maintaining and expanding customer and retailer base and visual merchandising.

Source and work customer referrals.

Responsible for sales, market exploration and business development.

Servicing the need of the existing customer.

No. of productive outlets/stores per month.

Collections from the GT stores.

Promote specific products as directed by upper management

Meeting with the retailers, discuss the issue regarding the products & supply.

Maintain positive business and retailer relationships in the effort to extend retailer lifetime value.

Direct reporting to the manager.

Check performance, merchandising, visibility, POP, promotion plans with retailers, secondary schemes for retailers.

Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team

Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review

Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
