we are a fast-growing online coaching brand passionate about delivering quality training and building strong relationships with our customers. we are looking for a dynamic female sales & marketing executive to join our team and be the voice of our brand.
key responsibilities
lead calling & follow-ups call leads generated daily, understand customer needs, pitch products/services, and convert leads into sales.
deal closing confidently handle objections and finalize sales to meet monthly targets.
crm & funnel management maintain and update lead status in our sales funnel/crm system.
social media engagement participate in short product videos, reels, and photo shoots for brand promotion (basic camera comfort required).
customer relationship management build rapport with clients for repeat sales and referrals.
collaboration work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
requirements
female candidate preferred
excellent communication skills in english & hindi (additional languages are a plus).
confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
basic understanding of sales funnels and social media.
comfortable appearing on camera for social media content.
prior experience in telesales, customer service, or digital marketing preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
