Key Responsibilities
1) Make outbound calls to advertising/lead lists to introduce the gaming platform,
2) Send SMS messages to existing and potential customers,
3) Record customer information accurately in forms and CRM systems,
4) Confirm user registration and ensure completion of required steps,
5) Follow up with newly registered users to encourage deposits within 3 days.,
6) For users who do not deposit, update and move them to the deposit‑follow‑up list for the next team.,
7) Maintain high call activity levels and meet weekly and monthly targets.,
8) Provide clear, polite, and persuasive communication to support user conversion.,
9) Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.
